Our services

The Carl Berghöfer GmbH metal strip manufacturing center in Altena was inaugurated in June 2016. The metal administration building provides a visual representation of what is being processed inside the production hall.

Semi-finished metal products

Strip Slitting

Our core business and expertise lies in the high-precision slitting of metal strips of various materials, widths, and coil weights. Quality, availability, and cost management are our top priorities. High-precision strip slitting systems and qualified employees guarantee just-in-time service for custom-made materials at competitive prices.

Infinity Coils

We supply spooled strips and in-house manufactured Infinity Coils. Starting in spring 2025, we will commission our own coiling facility, enabling us to offer the entire portfolio of rolled products made of copper and copper alloys.

Since May 2025, we have had our own coiling plant, enabling us to offer the entire portfolio of rolled products made of copper and copper alloys.

Chemical Products

Specialty chemical products are part of Carl Berghöfer GmbH’s core business. We therefore have decades of experience in this field, enabling us to provide our customers with optimal advice and service in this area.
